at

As UX designers, we must do research to produce great designs. Unfortunately, there are still many organizations that do not support or budget for it. Let's help clients understand the value of user research by explaining our findings with confidence and clarity.

Marieke McCloskey and Kendall Youngstrom, from UserTesting, have conducted research for over 1,000 projects per year. Lucky for us, they are teaming together to share their knowledge at UXNight. You will learn:

  • How to gain the client's trust by presenting research in the most compelling way
  • The benefits of qualitative research
  • How to format a research report
  • How to present your findings to the client, depending on their needs.
  • How to use the information to improve design
  • Apps & Tools used to document and assemble research
